TOP STORY
Onboard Spain’s 112m flagship
Renaissance is not just the largest yacht for charter with Burgess, but also marks the largest yacht to ever be built in Spain. Delivered in 2023 by Spain’s Freire Shipyard, the 111.85-metre superyacht demonstrated the yards’ ability to adapt and meet the highest standards of quality and luxury in the industry, traditionally dominated by other countries.
With interior and exterior design by Bannenberg & Rowell, Renaissance features an impressive interior volume of 7,200 GT and ranks as one of the largest yachts on the charter market. Her saloon is one of the largest in the global fleet and features a 5.7-metre ceiling height that creates an air of unrestricted freedom, akin to the lofty ceilings of palaces or stately mansions.
Her open-plan main saloon features a smooth integration of living and entertainment areas that seamlessly flow from one onto the other.
The superyacht can accommodate up to 36 guests across her 19 staterooms. Each of the staterooms onboard is inspired by a different city or island, including Mykonos, New York, Paris, Tokyo and Rio.
Her full-beam master suite is located on the owner’s deck, which stretches 60m2 and includes his-and-hers walk-in closets and his-and-hers bathrooms, with a lounge connecting the spaces. Also on the owner’s deck are a cinema room, media room and an opulent saloon bar, while the exterior spaces include a bar, al fresco dining and a Jacuzzi.
Renaissance spans six decks, and was designed with charter in mind. She features a triple-aspect beach club, a jazz bar, karaoke, an indoor and outdoor cinema, a barbecue, sushi bar and a pizza oven for authentic Italian pizza. Other key amenities include a capacious gym area, which opens onto one of her aft decks, as well as a spa deck, which is home to an extensive wellness centre, including two plunge pools, a steam room, sauna, massage room and a hair salon.
Renaissance’s water toy collection is as extensive as her onboard entertainment and includes eFoils, Jetsurfs, kayaks, waterskis, scuba diving equipment, SeaBobs, paddleboards and fishing gear, to name a few.

Stepping onboard Renaissance is always done in style, whether guests choose to board with one of four custom-designed Cockwells tenders, or whether to fly in via helicopter. Renaissance is for charter with Burgess, and marks the largest charter yacht in their fleet.
A closer look at Silver Yachts’ Reduce
Currently for sale and open for viewing in Monaco is the aluminium catamaran Reduce. Delivered in 2024 by Silver Yachts, the yacht features interiors by the yard herself and exterior design and naval architecture by Espen Øino.
She has a volume of 483 GT and can cruise at a maximum speed of 24 knots, powered by four Volvo Penta engines. The catamaran has a range of 3,200 NM at a cruising speed of 18 knots. In 2025 she won the Special Jury Award at the Monaco Blue Wake Awards for her fuel efficiency, thanks to her low-resistance hull.
Reduce can accommodate up to 12 guests, supported by a crew of eight. Her spacious deck, open-floor plan and generous deck spaces all make her an excellent proposition for the charter market.
Reduce is for sale for €21.7 million.
