YachtEye at the Monaco Yacht Show 2025

This week in Monaco, we’ll be showcasing how YachtEye continues to redefine onboard communication and the guest experience.

YachtEye is the digital platform that brings a smarter and simpler approach to life on board. Guests can explore itineraries, menus, schedule info, and live position data instantly - all in one intuitive interface. For crew, it means fewer repetitive questions and smoother daily operations.

Our latest features take this even further:

  • Tender Tracker: Coordinate guest arrivals & pickup with ease.

  • Push Notifications: Updates delivered instantly. From a change of plans to a tender arrival, communication is effortless and discreet.

We’ll be at the Monaco Yacht Show over the coming days with live demos to show how these tools create a more seamless, enjoyable experience for everyone on board.

Come meet the team at Stand DS97 or the Yacht Design & Innovation Hub. We’d love to see you!

Reshaping Life Onboard: The Ongoing Impact of YachtEye

Two years ago at the Monaco Yacht Show, YachtEye introduced a fully reimagined version of its platform, setting a new standard for communication and operations onboard a superyacht. Today, it’s trusted by over 100 yachts worldwide and used daily by captains, crew, owners, and guests to streamline operations and improve life onboard. From 30-metre private yachts to 100-metre charter vessels, YachtEye is now the most widely adopted guest information system in the industry.

The journey so far

The YachtEye story began in 2009, when a popular charter yacht requested a custom guest information system to simplify onboard logistics. From these early bespoke solutions, the platform has evolved into the pioneering infotainment system we see today, shaped by the team’s hands-on experience and the insights of guests and crew.

The result is a smart, beautifully designed platform that delivers everything a guest needs - from itineraries and yacht data to weather updates and menus - all accessible via iPhone, iPad, TV, and the web.

Over the past two years, YachtEye has released many new features, including tender tracking, simplified WiFi access via a QR code, AI-driven itinerary content, and more. The platform is always evolving based on advancements in technology, AI, and user feedback.

“We’re proud of what the YachtEye team has built, a tool that’s genuinely making a difference onboard,” says CEO, Merijn de Waard. “The direct feedback from captains and crew has been invaluable, guiding us to prioritise features that truly matter.”

Owners and crew alike highlight how YachtEye has transformed life onboard. The owner of Amels superyacht 21.12 notes, “With YachtEye, we have one place where everything comes together, not just for us, but also for our guests and crew.”

What’s next

The next phase of YachtEye’s development is already underway. Planned updates include an Apple TV application, Guest Groups for more personalised onboard experiences, and deeper links with other onboard systems.

YachtEye is also expanding its collaborations with shipyards, system integrators, and charter management companies that seek to prioritise the guest experience. By introducing YachtEye as standard in their design and operational processes, these companies can raise the bar for how yachts deliver information and service going forward.

These developments reflect the principle that has guided YachtEye since its relaunch: technology shouldn’t replace the personal touch. Instead, it should make yachting simpler, allowing the crew to focus on what matters most - the guests.

Experience YachtEye in action

This year at the Monaco Yacht Show, the YachtEye team will once again be present to showcase the latest developments, including new functionalities and a vision of where digital guest engagement is headed next.

Visitors are warmly invited to meet the team and experience first-hand how the platform continues to innovate for both guests and crew. You can visit YachtEye at stand DS97 and the Yacht Design & Innovation Hub
