First look onboard 59m explorer yacht Senses for charter

Senses anchored (Theatro 360)
The first onboard images of the 59.22-metre Schweers Shipyard explorer yacht Senses, which is currently on the charter market with Y.CO, have been unveiled.

Delivered in 1999 from Germany, Senses features interior design by Philippe Starck, exterior design by Francis Design and naval architecture penned by the latter in collaboration with Kusch Yachts.

Sophistication meets expedition
Senses seamlessly blends robust engineering with sophisticated design, embodying the epitome of an expedition superyacht. She presents a sturdy and masculine profile, complemented by a steel hull and a steel and aluminium superstructure.

Her open-plan main saloon is airy and inviting, featuring large windows that flood the space with natural light. Splashes of colour enliven the palette of natural woods and plush, tactile materials, while Philippe Starck's sophisticated touches add character and elegance to the space.

Guest accommodation
Senses offers luxurious accommodation for up to 12 guests across six well-appointed staterooms, including a full-beam master suite, with a gyrostabilised bed, two lounge areas and a walk-in wardrobe. The remaining staterooms are situated on the lower deck and include two double staterooms and two convertible twin staterooms, all of which are equipped with ensuite bathrooms. Senses also boasts ample space for a professional crew of 16, dedicated to delivering an exceptional onboard experience.

Spanning multiple decks, Senses provides a plethora of amenities designed to enhance her guest experience. Her multi-purpose wellness room allows fitness enthusiasts to maintain their routines, while those seeking relaxation can indulge in a massage. Her observation deck offers panoramic views of the surrounding seascape, making it an ideal spot for unwinding or entertaining. Additionally, several deck areas are thoughtfully arranged for both relaxation and social gatherings, ensuring a versatile environment for all occasions.

Senses is also equipped with an impressive fleet of seven specialist expedition tenders. This array of support vessels enables intimate access to shallow bays, secluded beaches and other hard-to-reach locales.

Senses offers an extensive selection of equipment designed to cater to a variety of interests. The yacht's inventory includes four Jet Skis, twelve kiteboards, three inflatables, a trampoline, and fishing gear. In terms of performance, Senses is powered by twin Deutz AG engines, providing her with a top speed of 15 knots, a cruising speed of 12 knots and a range 6,000 nautical miles.

Senses is currently available for charter with Y.CO, with summer prices in the Caribbean and Central America and winter prices in the Caribbean and South America starting from $350,000 per week.

New CA: Liquid Sky

Liquid Sky | 47.25 m (155' ) | 490 GT | CMB Yachts | 2017
Royal Yacht International welcomes Liquid Sky to their charter fleet. The yacht accommodates 12 guests in 5 suites, with a crew of up to 10. She is available for charters in flexible destinations across the west and east Mediterranean in summer, and Dubai and Abu Dhabi during the winter months.
Weekly charter rates range from EUR 225,000 per week ( + expenses) and EUR 250,000 per week per week ( + expenses).

IYC welcomes Ancallia to their charter fleet. She is available this season in the Eastern Mediterranean, and accommodates as many as 12 guests in 6 staterooms, was well as one stateroom for convertible use.
Rates range from EUR 149,000 per week ( + expenses) to EUR 159,000 per week ( + expenses).
New CA: Milos At Sea

Milos At Sea | 35 m (115’ ) | 222 GT | Codecasa | 2000
Ocean Independence welcomes Milos At Sea to their charter fleet. Her crew of 7 is ready to welcome up to 10 guests (in 4 staterooms) on charters in Greece. Rates for the yacht are as follows:
Rates range from EUR 63,500 per week to EUR 75,000 per week.
New CA: Calliope
Calliope has joined the charter market with IYC. Fresh from a refit in 2024, the yacht offers versatile accommodation for up to 10 guests across five staterooms, making her ideal for families with children.
Weekly charter rates range from USD 95,000 per week ( + expenses) to USD 105,000 per week ( + expenses).
New CA: Scarena
Ocean Independence welcomes Scarena to their charter fleet, following her refit in 2024. The sailing yacht is an example of the Dutch yard Jongert’s Modern-Line 2900 design, providing accommodation for as many as 8 guests across 4 staterooms.
Rates range from EUR 42,500 to EUR 45,000 per week
New CA: Saint
Worth Avenue Yachts welcomes Saint to their charter fleet, available for charter in Miami, the Florida Keys, or the Bahamas. She can host 8 guests in 4 staterooms with a crew of 4.
She is available for charter from USD 85,000 per week (+ expenses)
